President Ram Nath Kovind and his Turkmenistan counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow held delegation-level talks at Oguzhar palace Ashgabat and exchanged views on various regional and international issues on Saturday.<br />''<br />''Several MoUs were also signed between India and Turkmenistan during the talks.
