President Ram Nath Kovind has expressed sadness at the demise of the noted social worker Shanti Devi. Mr. Kovind said that she made the upliftment of Tribal people and women and the service of patients as the goal of her life. Condoling her passing away, he recalled that he had the opportunity of conferring Padma Shri on her recently.<br />
