President Ram Nath Kovind has expressed grief over the terrorist attack in Kabul. In a tweet, Mr Kovind said, India's thoughts are with the bereaved families and with those injured. <br/><br/>He said, India stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the people and government of Afghanistan in the fight against the forces of terror and evil.<br/>
