Afghan President Hamid Karzai has strongly condemned civilian casualties in a NATO-led operation in Kunar province. In a statement, he also announced for setting up a commission headed by a Minister of State to probe into the incident. At least ten civilians, most of them students were killed in Saturday's operation carried out by the coalition forces at a village in Narang district of Kunar province.<br/>
