The President Mrs Pratibha Devisingh Patil today inaugurated the India Trade and Exhibition Centre in Sharjah. She will address the Indian Captains of Business and Industry in Dubai later today.Meanwhile, the meeting of Indian President and UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammad who is also Ruler of Dubai has been given prominence by news papers published from UAE today.Leading English dailies Khaleej Times and Gulf news have prominently published the photograph with news of the meeting of Indian president and UAE leader on their front pages. Gulf news in its headline says ‘Mohammad , Patil discuss ways to enhance relations’. Other English newspapers ‘The National’ and ‘Gulf Today’ and Arabic dailies- Al Khaleej, ‘Al Bayan’ and ‘Al Ittihad’ have also given the prominence to the meeting in their today’s editions. The news papers published from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah have also covered the President’s address and interaction with Indian students studying in Dubai. Khaleej times has made Presidents statement its headline which says’ India made strides due to stress on education’. The National newspaper says, ‘ Pratibha Patil lauds brand India Education’.
