President Pratibha Devisingh Patil hosted the customary reception ceremony for the participants of the 61st Republic Day parade at the Rashtrapati Bhavan today. <br/><br/>Hundreds of participants, dressed in their colourful attires, from various states of the country, attended the event that was held in the lawns of sprawling Mughal Gardens inside the Rashtrapati Bhawan. <br/><br/>They included tribal guests, tableaux artists, tractor drivers, NSS volunteers and NCC cadets. A photo shoot was also held wherein all the participants got a chance to get a photograph clicked along with the President.
