President Pranab Mukherjee hosted an Iftar reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan yesterday. On the occasion, the President conveyed Ramzan greetings to all and urged everyone to spread love, affection and mutual trust during the holy month. He expressed the hope that the spirit of Ramzan will instill in every Indian a sense of unity and pride in the composite culture of India. <br/><br/>Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Finance, Information and Broadcasting Minister Arun Jaitley, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Congress President Sonia Gandhi, CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechuri, Heads of Diplomatic Missions, senior officials, scholars, religious leaders and public figures from various walks of life attended the Iftar.
