The President Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil today greeted the people the eve of Christmas, the birth day of the Lord Jesus Christ. Expressing warm greetings and good wishes to the citizens, she said the day symbolizes a yearning of humanity for lasting peace and joy in their hearts. Patil called on the citizens to follow the teachings of Lord Jesus Christ in daily lives and work for harmony and unity in society and the progress of the country.
