President Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Republic of Chad on their Independence Day today. In his message to the President of Chad, Idriss Deby Itno, Mr Mukherjee expressed confidence that the close and friendly relations between India and Chad will continue to strengthen in the years ahead.
