<span style="color: #222222;">President Droupadi Murmu will visit Bikaner in Rajasthan on Monday. The President will formally inaugurate and address the 14th Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav at Bikaner. The nine-day event, a flagship festival of the Ministry of Culture, aims to preserve, promote and popularise the rich cultural heritage of India.<br />''<br />''Around one thousand artists from across the country are participating in the festival. Union Minister of State for Culture Arjun Ram Meghwal inaugurated the Kala Darshanam Art Camp today as a part of the Cultural festival. As many as 44 artists are showcasing their art skills in the 'Kala Darshanam' camp. This camp will continue till 2nd March.</span><br />
