President Droupadi Murmu has paid homage to Former President Varahagiri Venkata Giri on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today. Ms Murmu paid floral tributes at the portrait of late President at Rashtrapati Bhawan.<br />'' <br />''Mr.  V V Giri was the fourth President of India.
