<span style="color: #222222;">President Droupadi Murmu has expressed sadness over the demise of Bishnu Charan Sethi who was a prominent public figure in Odisha. In a tweet, Ms Murmu said he was a  prolific writer and an eminent legislator. She said his demise leaves a void which is difficult to fill. </span><br />
