President, Smt Pratibha Devisingh Patil conferred seven Kirti Chakras and 27 Shaurya Chakras to Armed Forces Personnel and a Civilian for displaying conspicuous gallantry, indomitable courage and extreme devotion to duty at a solemn ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi today.<br/><br/>Mrs. Patil also conferred 13 Param Vishisht Seva Medals, two Uttam Yudh Seva Medals and 23 Ati Vishisht Seva Medals to senior officers of the Armed Forces for distinguished services.
