The President Mrs Pratibha Devisingh Patil arrived in Hyderabad this afternoon on a 11-day visit. The President was given a warm welcome at the airport by Andhra Pradesh Governor, E.S.L.Narsimhan and Chief Minister N.Kirankumar Reddy and his cabinet colleagues and senior officials. The President will stay at the Rashtrapati Nilayam, Secunderabad, the official retreat of the President of India. Apart from attending various programmes at Hyderabad, the President will pay a day-long visit to ISRO at Sriharikota on the 2nd of January.
