President Ram Nath Kovind has expressed grief over the demise of former Union Minister Chaman Lal Gupta. In a tweet, Mr Kovind said, as a veteran public leader, experienced Parliamentarian and able administrator, Chaman Lal devoted his life to the development of the country, especially Jammu and Kashmir.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #333333;">Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu has also paid condolences at the demise of former Union Minister Chaman Lal Gupta.
