India's G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant has said that the presidency of G20 is a major opportunity for India to work with developed and emerging countries to accelerate pace of development in the current geopolitical, energy, food, fertilizer and debt crisis.<br />''<br />''Speaking at the Think20 Inception Conference in New Delhi on Friday, Mr. Kant said, G20 had led the economies in many ways in the past and become a major driver of several radical reforms in its long history. On carbon emission, he said, developed countries are responsible for the huge amount of carbon emission and India is able to drive the world towards de-carbonisation and it achieved the Nationally Determined Contribution well before the target. Highlighting the achievements made by India in the field of technology especially in the digital sector, Mr. Kant said, digital advancement has helped in providing money directly to the accounts of people without any leakage.<br />''<br />''The Think20 Inception Conference is the first of the T20 convenings under India's G20 Presidency and will lay the groundwork for what Think20 India aims to achieve during the year. The two-day conference will feature panel discussions and breakout sessions for each Task Force. During the course of two days, members of each Task Force will present their ideas and priorities, as well as the plan of action.<br />
