Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar has said, the present budget presented by the government has taken various initiatives for reforms in education. Speaking to media in New Delhi today on the budgetary allocations for the education sector, Mr Javadekar said, educationists and stakeholders have welcomed the budget. <br/><br/>Saying quality improvement is the theme of educational reforms, the Minister said, Innovation Fund for secondary education, National Testing centre and UGC reform are key initiatives in the budget for education sector.
