Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday said that the precarious condition of Indian currency in international market is matter of concern. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr. Mukherjee urged the emerging economies to take effective measures to bring more stability in international markets.He said that the fluctuations in markets are the prolonged impact of the European crisis. AIR correspondent reports that the Indian rupee appreciated by 27 paise to 46 Rupees 95 paise against the US dollar in early trade on Tuesday morning.
