Pre-trial review on Vijay Mallya case scheduled for November 20 : India

India today said pre-trial review on the Vijay Mallya case is scheduled for 20th of November. <br/><br/>MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said, the extradition hearing is scheduled to commence on 4th of December this year. In the hearing on 4th of this month, UK Crown Prosecution Service on behalf of India filed supplemental affidavit in connection with money laundering charges against Mallya. <br/><br/>Mallya was re-arrested and granted bail thereafter till 4 December. <br/><br/>On Kulbhushan Jadhav, Mr Kumar said, India has submitted it written memorial to the International Court of Justice and now the ICJ has asked Paksitan to submit its memorial on the matter. <br/><br/>He said, after receiving both the memorials, the ICJ will take the next step in the Kulbhushan Jadhav matter. Jadhav is in Pakistan custody for alleged espionage activities. <br/><br/>Replying to a query on internal developments in Nepal, MEA spokesperson said, it would not be appropriate for him to comment on Nepal's internal matter. <br/><br/>He said, India has an abiding interest in peace, stability and economic prosperity of Nepal, within the framework of a democratic and inclusive polity in Nepal. <br/><br/>Mr Kumar said, as a close and friendly neighbour of Nepal, India will continue to extend all possible support to Nepal for peace, stability and accelerated economic develop.
