<br/>Pre-monsoon activity has picked up across Madhya Pradesh. AIR Bhopal correspondent reports that the monsoon rains are likely to strike western parts of the state in another two day’s time.<br/><br/>The pre- monsoon activity has caused the weather to change considerably in the state. Temperatures have dipped drastically as cloud cover spanning the skies in most parts. Heavy rains struck capital Bhopal last evening.<br/><br/>In other places too thunderstorm and rains were recorded. Betul, Panchmarhi, Gwalior , Datia, Mandla, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Guna and some other places received considerable rainfall during the last 24 hours.<br/><br/>The Met office has issued warning of thunder squall and dust storms striking some parts of Gwalior , Chambal, Ujjain , Bhopal , Hoshangabad and Indore divisions during the next 24 hours.
