In Bangalore, the Fast Track Court Judge B V Guddali has posted the verdict on Pratibha Murthy rape and murder case to 6th of next month. The judge decided the date of the verdict after going through the submissions of the defence and the prosecution, including statements of 71 witnesses examined in the case. Pratibha Murthy, a former call centre employee in Bangaluru, was raped and killed in 2005 allegedly by the taxi cab driver Shiva Kumar while on her way to the office.
