In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir,  the Pratham Pooja of this year's Swami Amarnath Ji Yatra to the holy cave shrine in South Kashmir Himalayas was performed amid chanting of Vedic Mantras and a "Havan". The Havan was jointly organised by Shri Amar Nath Ji Shrine Board and Baba Amarnath & Buda Amarnath Yatri Niyas on the auspicious day of Jayesht Purnima yesterday at Shri Chaitaniya Ashram Talab Tillo Jammu.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the venue for the "Pratham Puja" was changed this year from Chandanwari Kashmir to Chaitanya Ashram at Jammu.
