A district court in Pratapgarh today issued fresh summons to Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in a case relating to alleged derogatory remarks against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati. <br/><br/>Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Manjula Sarkar issued fresh summons to Dutt to personally appear before the court on 6th of July, after he failed to present himself before it today. <br/><br/>Earlier, on May 24 last the then CJM Anirudh Kumar Tiwari had sought the help of Mumbai police Commissioner for getting the court summons served to Dutt in the case. <br/><br/>A notice was also served to him for violation of model code of conduct.
