Pahlaj Nihalani has been replaced by lyricist Prasoon Joshi as the new Chairman of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). <br/><br/>The Centre has appointed Mr Joshi as Chairman of the Board for a period of three years with immediate effect. <br/><br/>Mr Nihalani has been in controversy over his decisions relating to cuts in different movies before giving the certificate.
