Public broadcaster Prasar Bharati and Visva Bharati have come together to entertain the listeners of All India Radio. According to an MoU signed between AIR and Viswa Bharati today, the varsity will produce a composite one-hour programme for morning broadcast and another one-hour programme for an evening slot. <br/><br/>Visva Bharati, one of the major central government universities, is located at Santiniketan in West Bengal. In a tweet, Prasar Bharati chairperson Dr A Surya Prakash said, Visva Bharati and Prasar Bharati have signed an MoU for momentous collaboration in radio and TV programmes. He said, All India Radio, Shantiniketan will soon be a full-fledged station.
