Mr Pranay Sahay has been appointed Director General of the Sashastra Seema Bal -SSB. He is currently serving as a Secretary (Security) in Cabinet Secretariat.

Mr Sahay, a 1975 batch Manipur-Tripura cadre IPS officer, will take over from Mr Y S Dadwal who retires on 31st of this month. He will continue till his superannuation on 31st July, 2013.
