President Pranab Mukherjee will turn 81 tomorrow. A number of programmes have been planned by the Rashtrapati Bhavan to observe the occasion of his birthday. These include launch of '100 Million for 100 Million' Campaign. <br/><br/>The Campaign is with the objective to mobilise 100 million youth and children for 100 million underprivileged children in the world. Three books will also be released by the Vice President and Prime Minister on the occasion. <br/><br/>The President will inaugurate a new Museum for vintage tapestries and carpets, and a new Hall for encouraging innovation in the Rashtrapati Bhavan.<br/>
