Senior Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee will hold a luncheon meeting on Monday with opposition leaders to break the logjam in Parliament over the Telecom scam.This was decided at a meeting of Congress core group last evening attended by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and party President Sonia Gandhi. The meeting is being held as Parliament failed to transact any business in the last two weeks.Earlier, Mr Mukherji met the opposition leaders on Tuesday asking them to debate the issue in Parliament. BJP, Left and other opposition parties have been demanding setting up of a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe on the basis of the CAG report which spoke of a loss of one lakh 76 thousand crore rupees to the exchequer in the 2G spectrum allocation.
