The Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee today said that the ongoing Euro-zone crisis is impacting the short term growth prospect of the country.He was speaking at the inaugural of India International Trade Fair in New Delhi. Mr. Mukherjee said that some developed countries have resorted to protectionism.Mr. Mukherjee said India will emerge as the third largest economy by 2015. He said the manufacturing sector has registered good performance in the last many years which is evident in the growth of sectors like steel, automobiles, textile and others.Speaking on the occasion, Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma said India's exports are doing extremely well in the past many months.He expressed the hope that industry will continue to make efforts to achieve the export target of around 300 billion US dollars this financial year.AIR correspondent reports that Indian handicrafts and products made by small and medium enterprises are the major attraction at the 31st edition of the India International Trade Fair.
