Talking to reporters outside Parliament, he alleged that the Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge disrespected Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar during the proceedings of the House. He said, when the opposition members were creating a noisy scene,  the Chairman called Mr. Kharge for a meeting in his chamber but they did not pay heed. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Congress MP Pramod Tiwari criticized the government over the issue. He said the Centre should clarify why it is not willing to discussion on the issue in Parliament.</span><br />
