In Punjab, veteran politician Prakash Singh Badal will be sworn-in as Chief Minister tomorrow. He led the Shiromani Akali Dal -BJP alliance to victory second time in a row and will become the Chief Minister of Punjab for the 5th time. Several other Ministers will also be sworn-in. Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the swearing-in ceremony.
