Prakash Javadekar lauds Kendriya Vidyalayas for instilling mutual respect in students

Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar today lauded the Kendriya Vidyalayas for instilling mutual respect and acceptance for diversity of ethos in students. Mr Javadekar visited a three-day national integration camp at the Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.<br />'' <br />'' The Minister said, the unity in diversity is the speciality of India and the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has very well presented this speciality as it has schools across the country and they share best practices. He said, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is a role model for not only government schools, but also for private schools.<br />'' <br />''Over 1,600 students escorted by 175 teachers from Kendriya Vidyalayas across the country are participating in the "KVS Rashtriya Ekta Shivir-EK Bharat Shreshth Bharat".<br />'' <br />''The apex court had in July said that a show-cause notice should be issued to the owner of building where unauthorised construction or misuse was found and 48 hours time be given to him or her respond to it as to why action be not taken.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The top court is dealing with the issue of validity of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2006 and subsequent legislations which protect unauthorised constructions from being sealed. </span><br />
