Human Resources Development Minister Prakash Javadekar has congratulated Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru for being ranked at 8th among top 10 in Times Higher Education 2017 list of world's best small universities. <br/><br/>Mr Javadekar complemented the Director, faculty and students of the institute for the remarkable achievement. He said, IISc is one of the best institutions of India and its recognition signifies transforming education in transforming India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
