Pradhan launches various digital customer initiatives for Indraprastha gas ltd

<span style="color: #222222;">Giving impetus to Digital India programme, Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan today launched various digital customer initiatives for Indraprastha gas limited in New Delhi. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Queue management system (QMS) through OORJA mobile application of IGL was launched by the minister. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It is an application by IGL to inform the customers about the average waiting time at CNG stations and alternate nearby CNG stations. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The waiting time for three categories of vehicle namely buses, cars and Autos have been provided in the application. This QMS application will be available for download on Google play store from 1st January next year. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A technology platform – social CRM was also launched to address customer queries/complaints/servicerequests/grievances on various social media platforms such as facebook, twitter, instagram and google play store which can be used to effectively view and monitor the grievance redressal process by using the sentiment analysis. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">    </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The occasion also marked crossing of one million PNG customers in its areas of operation in Delhi and NCR region. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The minister also felicitated selected domestic PNG customers on the occasion and said the government is planning to increase the CNG stations from 1500 to 10000 in the next 5/6 years.</span><br />''
