A powerful earthquake off the Indonesian island of Sumatra has killed dozens of people and left many more injured in collapsed buildings.<br/><br/>A disastrous relief spokesman said that at least 200 are dead and another hundred are buried under rubble. Local Television stations in Western Sumatra provincial capital Padang, showed people fleeing for safety moments after the earthquake struck.<br/><br/> A regional official said, bad weather was making it difficult to rescue the survivors. The quake was followed by very heavy rain.<br/> <br/>Health Minister Siti Fadilah Supari said the quake was one of the biggest in Indonesia in recent years.<br/>
