The Government today said that the Postal department in collaboration with Customs authorities has started helpline to facilitate speedy delivery of COVID-related emergency shipments. During the second wave of Covid 19 pandemic, Department of Posts has been facilitating clearance, processing and delivery of Covid related emergency shipments like oxygen concentrators, equipment and medicines received through post from abroad. Ministry of Communications said, Department of Posts has issued a public notice in this regard.<br />'' <br />'' The customers, who are expecting to receive any shipment sent through Post from abroad, can send details of their consignment such as Name, mobile number, e-mail ID, Tracking ID and delivery address on e-mail address - <b><a href="mailto:adgim2@indiapost.gov.in" target="_blank"><span style="color: #1155cc;">adgim2@indiapost.gov.in</span></a> </b>or <b><a href="mailto:dop.covid19@gmail.com" target="_blank"><span style="color: #1155cc;">dop.covid19@gmail.com</span></a></b>.
