India Post has announced a special discount of 6.5 per cent on purchase of gold coins on the occasion of Independence Day and Pushya Nakshtra. According to an official release, on the 13th, 14th and 16th of this month, any customer buying gold from identified post offices in Delhi may avail of the discount of the day's retail price. The offer is available in all 31 post offices of Delhi identified for the sale of gold coins.
