In the Euro Cup 2012 Football tournament, Portugal stormed into the semifinals as it beat an ultra-defensive Czech Republic 1-0 at the National Stadium in Warsaw in their quarter-final encounter last night. Cristiano Ronaldo scored the solitry goal for Portugal on 11th minute of the match. Talking to reporters after the match Ronaldo said that his team is ready for the more difficult match in the semi finals. Czech coach Michal Bilek admitted graciously that his side had been outclassed. He said that the Portuguese were the best side and much stronger in the football sense. In the second quarter-final Germany will take on Greece at Gdansk today at 2145 hrs local time.
