Popular Southern Film Actor Khusboo today joined the DMK in the presence of the Party President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr Karunanidhi in Chennai this evening.<br/><br/>Deputy Chief Minister M.K.Stalin and senior party leaders were present when the actress was given the party membership card to signify her joining the DMK. Later speaking to newsmen she said her main objective of joining the party was to serve the public. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that Khushboo had expressed her desire to join politics soon after the Supreme Court quashed a slew of cases filed against her for alleged remarks on pre marital sex.
