In Ladakh, the polling is underway to elect councilors for the 26 constituencies of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Council, (LAHDC), Leh. AIR Leh Correspondent reports that 29. 73 percent votes have been recorded till 12 noon and the polling is smooth. The 5th term of the present BJP led LAHDC ends on 30th of this month.
