In Andhra Pradesh, polling began this morning for bye-election in 12 Assembly constituencies and will continue till 5 PM. Over 23 lakh 50 thousand people are expected to exercise their franchise in 2,783 polling stations in 5 Telangana districts. AIR Correspondent reports that polling began on time at most of the polling stations amidst tight security and strict vigil in sensitive and hyper sensitive areas.
