In Bihar, polling is underway peacefully for the First Phase of Panchayat Elections amidst tight security. Polling, which began at 7 a.m., will continue till 5 p.m. Polling is being held in 170 Gram Panchayats spread over 10 districts including Gaya, Aurangabad and Munger today.
