In Jharkhand, about 10 to 15 per cent polling has been recorded in the first three hours of polling in the third phase of Assembly election being held on Tuesday. Voting is progressing peacefully amidst tight security arrangements. Polling which began at 7 this morning will end at 3.00 p.m. In this phase, voting is being held in 11 of the remaining 41 constituencies. Over 25 lakh 41 thousand voters will decide electoral fortune of 239 candidates including 16 women. AIR Correspondent reports that in view of maoist affected areas, heavy deployment of forces have been made to ensure free and fair polls. Jawans of central para military forces have been deployed on all polling booths to ensure trouble free polls. The Election Commission has appointed 5 observers and 335 micro observers to monitor election process.<br/><br/>The state administration has appealed the electorates to turn out in large numbers to exercise their right of franchise without fear.<br/>
