In Jharkhand, polling is on for the second phase of elections in 14 constituencies. Voting started at 7 this morning and will continue up to 3 p.m. Most of the constituencies are in the Naxal infested areas. Director General of Police B. D. Ram said in view of Maoist affected areas, heavy deployment of forces have been made to ensure free and fair polls. The Election Commission has appointed 9 observers and 450 micro observers to monitor election process.<br/><br/>
