In Uttar Pradesh polling for 4th and last phase of three tier Panchayat elections will be held on Monday in 186 development blocks. A total of 3 lakhs 8 thousand 2 candidates including 1lakh 23 thousand 308 women are in fray in this phase for Gram, Kshetra and Zila Panchayats posts. AIR correspondent reports elaborate security arrangements are in place for free and fair poll. A total of 17 thousand 63 polling booths have been set up and of them about fifty percent declared sensitive or hyper sensitive. About 2 crore 63 lakhs voters are eligible to cast their votes in this phase. .
