In Mizoram, polling for 479 Village Councils elections will be held tomorrow. There are a total of 509 Village Councils in the state but the State Election Commission, for some inadvertent security reasons, has decided to postpone the General Elections to 15 Village Councils in two districts. Along with VC polls, 81 Local Councils under Aizawl Municipal Council are also going to polls tomorrow.The term of existing Village Councils and Local Council is expiring on 27th February, 2012.
