Mr Choubey said with respect to 2014 assembly elections this time there is 1.67 per cent decline in voting percentage on 17 seats.<br />'' <br />'' The electoral fortune of 309  candidates including 32 women candidates sealed in EVM in this phase.<br />'' <br />'' In Naxal affected areas voters were enthusiastic to cast their vote. Maximum 77 per cent polling registered in Silli constituency followed by 73 in Ichagarh and 70.5 in Ramgarh assembly segment.<br />'' <br />'' The Ramgarh assembly segment registered a 9 per cent increase in polling with comparison to 2014 assembly elections of the state.<br />'' <br />'' In Hazaribag constituency there was a sharp decline in turnout where mere 57 per cent voters exercised their voting right.<br />''<br />''Out of 17 assembly seats, 13 assembly segments crossed the ceiling of 60 per cent polling percentage. Divyang voters outnumbered all class of electorates with more than 88 per cent turnout witnessed in this section.</span>
