In Bihar, the poll timing in Aurangabad and Nokha assembly constituencies has been rescheduled from 7 am to 3 pm. Voting of the sixth and final phase of elections will be held in 26 constituencies on Saturday. AIR Patna correspondent reports, out of 26 constituencies 18 are naxal affected. The Deputy Election Commissioner Vinod Zutshi today instructed the officials of the naxal affected areas to chalk out security plan in such a way that electorates could exercise their right of franchise fearlessly. Mr. Zutshi held a meeting to review election preparedness with officials of the concerned districts at Aurangabad. He will hold review meeting with officials of Rohtash, Kaimur and Buxar tomorrow.
