He appealed the people to come out and exercise their franchise without fear.National General Secretary of BJP Mrs. Kiran Maheshwary alleged that the Congress led government of Manipur has failed to control the law and order situation in the state, while addressing a public meeting near Imphal.The Trinamool Congress which put up 47 candidates of the 60 Assembly constituencies have also intensified its campaign several top leaders from Kolkata.Meanwhile, security has been beefed up in and around Imphal following bomb blast yesterday at the residence of the state Assembly in which one person was killed and four others injured.
