With just two days left for the campaigning to end for the legislative assembly election in Tripura, leaders from different political parties are criss-crossing the state by making a fervent appeal to vote for their party candidates come February 16. Sunday, being the last Sunday, before the polls, leaders from various political parties reached out to their electorates in a last ditch effort.<br />'' <br />'' Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday addressed the party's Vijay Sankalp rally at Charilam in Tripura. He said that on one hand, Manik Saha and Prime Minister Narendra Modi want to take the state forward, &nbsp;but on the other hand, the CPI (M), Congress and TIPRA Motha want to bring back jungle raj in the state. He slammed the CPI(M), Congress and TIPRA Motha and said that during this assembly election in Tripura it is "double engine" versus the "triple trouble".<br />'' <br />'' CPIM, TMC, Congress, TIPRA Motha leaders are also doing campaign for their party candidates. AIR correspondent reports that Election Department has issued a three tier guidelines for the conduct of polls. Accordingly, restrictions will be imposed on the basis of time period left for polling day. These are grouped as 72 hours, 48 hours and 23 hours restrictions. 72 hours would include checking the hotels, lodges or guest house, as no person is allowed to stay in a constituency in which the person is not a voter. There will be no permission for bike rally. Intra-state movement will be restricted. This apart, the 48-hour restrictions would include imposing section 144 of the CrPC. Meanwhile, the election commission today released the final roll of general elector for the assembly polls.<br />'' <br />''According to the final roll; there are over 28 lakh 13 thousand general electors, which comprises more than 14 lakh 14 thousand male electors, above 13 lakh 98 thousand female electors and 77 electors from the third gender. In addition to this there are 10 thousand 3 hundred and 44 service voters'.&nbsp;<br />
